I am a Property Manager in Blacksburg, VA. We manage mostly student housing and our residents know how to have a good time, so you can imagine what our carpets look like when they move out! There have been several times I have thought "No way will this carpet come clean!" I call Sci-Tech in and I don't know how they do it, but they have saved many carpets to live on for another year!

Regrettably we have used other Carpet Cleaning Contractors in the past and they just don't measure up. These other Carpet Cleaning Contractors do not get the carpets clean and they are not as good to work with. For Example: This past summer a resident hired another Carpet Cleaner to clean their apartment. Even though I knew the carpet would come clean, this Carpet Contractor did not get the carpet clean at all. You could still see the ground in dirt in the traffic areas! When I called them back I had to argue with them to re-clean the carpet. This would not have happened with Sci Tech. Another resident hired the same bad Carpet Cleaning Contractor. Again they did a horrible job. This time instead of calling them back and arguing with them, I just had Sci-Tech clean the carpet. It looked 100 times better!

Thank you Sci-Tech for continuing to offer superior carpet cleaning services and great customer service. Without you, I would not make it through the summer and our residents would not be satisfied customers!

Having pets, boyfriends, and just living in general can really take its toll on light colored furniture and mine had certainly seen better days.
